National Chicken Tandoori Spice Mix, available at Cosmo Cash & Carry, an Indian/Pakistani grocery store, is used to make the popular Pakistani and Indian dish, Tandoori Chicken. To make your National Chicken Tandoori even more flavorful, serve it with naan or chapati and tomato ketchup. Enjoy the authentic taste of Tandoori Chicken with National Chicken Tandoori!

Ingredients:

1. Red Chilli
2. Salt
3. Black Pepper
4. Cumin Seed
5. Corn Starch
6. Citric Acid
7. Turmeric
8. Allura Red
9. Tartrazine Yellow

Steps of Cooking:

1. Make shallow cuts on chicken pieces and dip in vinegar for 30 minutes.
2. Take out chicken from vinegar. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Grease an oven tray and arrange chicken pieces.
4. With the help of a brush, apply oil to chicken pieces and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
5. When chicken is roasted, turn on the grill and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
6. If an oven is not available, place chicken in a heavy-based pan and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and water evaporates.
7. Give a smoke of burning charcoal at the end (optional).
8. Delicious National Chicken Tandoori is ready. Serve with chapati or naan.
