MISO PASTE DARK 300G
Shinjyo Dark Soy Miso Paste is a thick, rich red-brown paste. It is made by fermenting soybeans, rice, barley, and wheat using a special type of mold Aspergillus oryzae. It is one of the most popular soybean pastes in Japanese cuisine with a pronounced rich flavor, saltier than light soybean paste. Miso paste is rich in nutrients: amino acids, vitamins, and proteins. It is used as a base for the preparation of broth, especially the famous Japanese soup Miso Misushiri, thick hodgepodge soups (Isiakov-nabe), snacks (miso-dengaku), in combination with lemon – as a salad dressing, goes well with soy sauce.
